What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles?
It’s Back!!! And better than ever! The latest addition to our Heritage Handle lineup. The 24PACK is redesigned to be the ultimate short length boys axe handle.
It will also fit most boys axe heads. It is thin, ergonomic, and made from 24” of dried American hickory! Each of these handles are hand picked by our team to ensure they are of the highest quality!
If you really want to add some character to your new hang pick up a walnut wedge!
You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!
The lower half of this handle is shaped so it can accurately be swung in either direction. A slight point on the back side of the handle near the palm swell helps “steer” the axe when using it as a hammer around camp.
Each handle comes with the proper wedge!
There are two variants for the dimensions of the eye:
2 1/4" x 3/4"
2 1/8" x 3/4"

This is the second handle I have purchased in the last month or so from Whiskey River and I absolutely love both of them & could not be happier with my purchases. It's getting hard to find good, straight grained, hickory handles anymore and Whiskey River is 2/2 so far on high quality hickory. With pretty reasonable pricing and fast shipping what more could you want. I also appreciate the exact eye dimensions given on their website. Takes all the guess work out of getting a handle that doesn't exactly fit. That's a small feature that I highly appreciate.
