What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles?

It’s Back!!! And better than ever!   The latest addition to our Heritage Handle lineup. The 24PACK is redesigned to be the ultimate short length boys axe handle.

It will also fit most boys axe heads. It is thin, ergonomic, and made from 24” of dried American hickory! Each of these handles are hand picked by our team to ensure they are of the highest quality!

If you really want to add some character to your new hang pick up a walnut wedge!

You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!

The lower half of this handle is shaped so it can accurately be swung in either direction.  A slight point on the back side of the handle near the palm swell helps “steer” the axe when using it as a hammer around camp.

Each handle comes with the proper wedge!

The dimension of the eye is: 2 1/4" x 3/4"

Overall Length: 25”

Great handle!

I hung a vintage 3 lb Keen Kutter on this as a gift for a buddy. I like this so much, I think I'll have to make another one to give him. Dang. I have issues.

The right handle for a pack axe

I really like the profile of this handle. Prior to hanging this on a 2-1/4# boy's head, I'd only ever had 28" handles and wasn't too sold on boy's axes. Now, I'm a firm believer in 24" for a boy's head and will be looking for another vintage head to hang on another 24PACK.

The thing I like the most about this profile is the palm swell. It fits my hand perfectly, provides a lot of control over the axe, and of course, looks dead ****.

Stunning qulity

I will never look for a handle at a hardware store again. I bought 3 handles, and even the B grade handles are works of art. Keep up the good work.

My first Hanging!

I came across an old norlund Hudson bay axe and knew it had to be saved. With prior woodworking experience I tried my first hang and although it was a lot of trial and error, it was a success. The grain was perfect and walnut wedge only made it that much better.
