Returns:
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our refund policy does not extend to handles. See the handle return policy below.

Upon arrival and inspection of the product, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. You are responsible for the payment of the return shipping.
Defective Product Policy (does not apply to handles):
Our team at Whiskey River Art & Trading Co. personally inspects every item that leaves our warehouse for flaws and defects.
If an item accidentally slipped through that inspection process and is indeed defective then we want to make it right.
Send an email to info@whiskeyrivertradingco.com with pictures of your product and if it is deemed to be defective we will send you a full refund for the purchase price and shipping of the product.
Handles:
There is a 200% restocking fee for any returned or refunded handles.
Pre-Orders:
There will be no cancellations accepted for pre-orders and no refunds issued for any reason. If you have opted into a pre-order project/product you are agreeing to the fact that there will be a waiting period for these products as they go into and pass through production.
