I have always purchased high quality handles from whiskey river. This is my first straight handle purchase. I received the handle in quick fashion and was well packed. However as wood does it cracked at the palm swell while hafting. I have hafted many handles and on occasion I have one with a hidden crack. Just wish whiskey river would replace it without me spending another full price plus shipping.
