Whiskey River sheaths serve and protect.

I have quite a few of Brandon's axe sheaths and especially like the Crazy Horse brown color. The sheaths look good and are well made.What I do with most of my axe sheaths is custom make a plastic liner, sometimes simply using milk jug plastic. It is inserted and fit into the sheath and protects the leather from the sharp bit. If damaged the liner is easily replaced. If you take care of your leather sheath, oil it when dry and prevent cuts to the leather they will last a long time. I have some other leather sheaths that are 50 years old and still look great. Good for what it is

Well-priced, thick leather. The only two negatives were that it came a little dry (easily fixed with your leather moisturizer of choice) and that the rivets seem to be magnets for rust. The rivets are along the edge, so if you’re going to store your axe in there, keep the blade well oiled.
