Fallers Axe Handle - 28" - Whiskey River Premium Select

Here is an awesome handle to get your logging operation back up and running! This straight single bit handle is used in conjunction with a full sized single bit head to create a versatile part of a fellers timber harvesting tool kit! It's great at being used in tight spaces and for pounding wedges. Personally I love it for bucking and splitting fire wood. The short straight handle gives you the ability to generate a lot of force very quickly and very precisely.

This handle is on the thicker side to withstand the beating a fallers axe takes.  It's designed this way on purpose.   If you feel it should be thinner, this handle is shaped in a way that it can have material removed to match your desired shape.

This is an incredibly high quality, hand picked axe handle made from good ole American Hickory!

The dimensions of the eyes are: ~ 2 1/2" x 3/4"

Shoulder is a full 1" wide.

Every axe handle will come with a proper wedge!

You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!

28” felling axe handle

Perfect grain orientation. Best fit I’ve ever had right out of the box. Shaved handle down to my preferred size, however I like the handle a little meaty when I’m hanging it.

Excellent

These are excellent handles I ordered B grade and and they are more like Select of most of the other handle brands. Very happy with the purchase and will be ordering more. Only thing I’d change which is personal preference and not a complaint about the handle but I like a little thicker handle

Good Wood

Haven’t had a chance to mount the head yet but the wood grains look nice
