What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles?
This handle works well for a replacement of your broken Axe eyed splitting maul handle. With the 3 3/4" eye section you could also hang shorter eyed axes on it.

Each of these handles are hand picked by our team to ensure they are of the highest quality! They are made from 35" of air dried American Hickory!
The dimension of the eye is: ~ 2 1/2" x 3/4"
If you really want to add some character to your new hang pick up a walnut wedge!
You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!
Note: Shoulder is 2 1/2" x 1".
Every axe handle comes with the proper wedge!

Great handle worked out perfectly!!!
Unfortunately my premium handle came with what looks to me like diagonal grain with runout close to the head. I hung an old 6lb craftsman splitting maul head and the handle broke after only two splitting sessions with green ash. I didn’t have a major overstrike. Really wanted this to work out. My first time hanging a handle. Maybe it was me.
