What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles?

It’s Back!!! And better than ever!   The latest addition to our Heritage Handle lineup. The 24PACK is redesigned to be the ultimate short length boys axe handle.

It will also fit most boys axe heads. It is thin, ergonomic, and made from 24” of dried American hickory! Each of these handles are hand picked by our team to ensure they are of the highest quality!

If you really want to add some character to your new hang pick up a walnut wedge!

You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!

The lower half of this handle is shaped so it can accurately be swung in either direction.  A slight point on the back side of the handle near the palm swell helps “steer” the axe when using it as a hammer around camp.

Each handle comes with the proper wedge!

There are two variants for the dimensions of the eye:

2 1/4" x 3/4"

2 1/8" x 3/4"

Overall Length: 25”

24PACK Handle

Great product and experiance. The selection, the ease of ordering, the quality products, more than fair pricing, the very quick ship time and when there was a small defect in my product, how quickly they provided a resolution to the issue. So I would say the process goes above and beyond. Keep up the great work at Whiskey River. If you do, there should be no reason why you wont have life long customers.

Solid Handle

Well-made handle, very good grain orientation. This is my second one purchased. I am still very pleased with my first one and expect this one to be no different. Thank you very much, W.R.!

Grade A?

It’s a nice handle, I like the design, but there needs to be a better description of your grade A handles or better QC on their selection. The grain on it is almost at 45 degrees to the spine. It’s a short handle so I’m not too concerned about durability, but it’s far from what I would’ve called grade A.
