What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles?

Took very little shaping to make it fit an old unbranded hatchet head. Thin, nicely indexed, the kind of handle you just can't stop fiddling with once you pick it up. Was already super smooth, unwaxed, and arrived well packed. Don't hesitate to buy this handle - would make a great shorty to throw in your backpack or glovebox
