What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles? 

 

I'll have to admit we have a little crush over here on Cruiser Double Bits. We can't help it and we wouldn't try to even if we could. Here's another expertly crafted cruiser handle we have to offer you. It's a slender and ergonomic 20 inch piece of dried American Hickory. Each handle is hand picked by our axe swinging team to ensure its quality!

The dimension of the eye: ~ 2 1/4 x 3/4.

 

If you really want to add some character to your new hang pick up a walnut wedge!

You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!

 

All axes come with the proper wedges!

Handles ready but I ain't

Really beautiful handle and I can't wait to get the hang ! I'll be putting a Norlund "trail-blazer " on it when the time comes, gotta make some decisions on whether to have it copper plated or try to find a paint to match O.G. ? Hanger or Banger ? With other axe projects in the fire I'll have to decide and go ahead ,just Wana do her right ! Anyways great handle and will be buying more from the Boys at W.R.T. when the occasion arises. Can't go wrong with their handles! "HAPPY-SWINGING" AXE-ON !!!wcs

Right On Whiskey River!

I got my 18"& 20" Whiskey River Premium Select Cruiser Double Bit Axe Handles, and some wedges and walrus oil to hang them with and weather proof my goods and everything was nicely packed up snug in the box all in its individual bubble packaged place and that was cool, Then I got to work hanging my new handles and you guys are doing some very good craftmanship and work at Whiskey River cause the only issue I had was the replacement handle for the norlund cruiser was a bit big at the end and I just had to shave a little off the edges but I'd rather it be a bit big than to small anyday, and in a few min I was going at it with those sweet black walnut wedges which look great by the way when all complete the contrasting color in the wood just makes it pop! So pat yourselves on the back Whiskey River for doing Great work all around and keeping Craftsmanship Alive in America as much as so many want it to go by the wayside and would rather have another country do it for them, but don't get complacent and keep Inovating and coming up with cool Ideas that never forget where we come from.
