This beautiful Double Bit Cruiser handle is made from 28 inches of air dried American Hickory and has been hand picked by our staff to ensure impeccable grain orientation and overall quality.  It is light weight and slim to make it fit more comfortably in hand. Carry on the tradition of the old Timber Cruisers by hanging a trusty double bit on one of these premium handles! 

The dimension of the eye is: 5/8" x 2 1/4".


What is the difference between Grade A handles and Grade B handles? 

 

If you really want to add some character to your new hang pick up a walnut wedge!

You can also grab an extra poplar wedge if you want too!

 

Every axe handle comes with the proper wedge!

Exceptional Quality

The 28" cruiser handle I received is of exceptional quality. After fitting the head and adding a couple coats of finish, it's become what I call a working piece of art. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Almost an exact replacement for an old plumb cruiser

Good shape, fast delivery, bad runout

Cruiser axe handle with a good shape, sad the entire length was only 27.5, I'm ok with that after fitting, but if fitted as shaped would have a 26 or less handle, not ideal in my opinion. Pretty good shape but the palm swell seems more minimal in hand as compared to the photos. I liked the half heartwood and half sapwood look, but the grain runs out from the middle of the palm swell and goes off the handle entirely before it reaches the eye. I'm not that worried about it, but don't think it counts as the high grade I thought I was buying. I really liked whiskey river fast service though.

recieved my handle with overalll length of 26 3/4 which is way to short before the haft

I have several orders from WR and normally am pleased but this last one was not up to what I normally see from them
