The handle is nice but thicker than I would’ve expected, but that’s a reflection on Council Tool if anyones. Whiskey River was a pleasure to deal with, will buy from them again.
With just a little sanding was able to get the handle fully seated in the axe. When the wedge was driven in it was a perfect fit.
Handle has a great feel to it and the length gives the small axe really nice balance. Very pleased with my purchase.
With Brandon’s help I was able to figure out what I needed. Council 24” Boys axe handle. After placing the order the handle was shipped immediately and arrived much sooner than I expected. The packaging was perfect. When I opened the box I saw a handle with perfect 90 degree wood grain. Could not have asked for better service. Thanks,
