Great handle for my double bit axe.
What an amazing handle! With a little bit of fitting I was ready to go and with one if the coolest looking axes out there! Do not let the price scare you, for what you are getting it is will worth the money. Smooth, straight grain with a very comfortable finish as is. Go ahead a try one, you will not be disappointed!
It’s a great handle but it’s a little pricey
I must start by saying that the handle I received feels phenomenal, not to thick and not too thin. When it came time to hang Smith head on it, the eye area had plenty of meat for me to get it shaped just right. Once hung, the palm swell had an ample amount of material to carve into a very comfy fawns foot.
